 1. Acceptance of Terms

 By enrolling in or accessing the Countering Alienation online course (“Course”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not access or participate in the Course.

 2. Educational Purpose

The Course is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Participation in this Course does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or a therapeutic relationship with Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC or Michael Flores, MA, LPC-S.

If you require mental health treatment, you are encouraged to seek services from a licensed mental health professional in your state.

 3. Intellectual Property Rights

 All content, materials, videos, handouts, and resources provided in the Course are the exclusive property of Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display any Course materials without prior written consent from Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC.

 4. Payments and Refund Policy

 All Course fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, regardless of completion status or satisfaction level.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 5. Access and Availability

You will receive access to Course materials through Kajabi for the duration specified at purchase.

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Course at any time without liability.

 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

 The Course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or results from applying the Course content.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.

 7. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC and Michael Flores, MA, LPC-S shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Course.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress.

 8. Indemnification

 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your participation in or use of the Course.

 9. Confidentiality

 You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, and not to share any personal information, discussions, or examples from within the Course in any public or private forum.

 10. Governing Law

 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Texas courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

 11. Modifications

 Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, PLLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Course site.
